Freshies are highly scented handmade air fresheners for use in your car, locker, closet, drawers, or anywhere else in your home you want a scent. They do best in warmer areas and I personally use mine in the car hanging from the rear view mirror. They come packaged in plastic bags with a scent and warning label on the front, making them perfect for gifting.

 Please note: some fragrances may yellow after sun exposure. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this but it is the most noticeable in WHITE freshies including any white paint & less noticeable in the colored freshies. Please include any custom colors in the notes to seller section. 

What is TAT?

TAT = Turn Around Time = the time it takes for us to process/prepare your order, This does not include the time it takes your order to ship to you

Warnings and additional information:
Freshies last anywhere from 2- 6 weeks. Always hang freshies, placing on surfaces may stain or damage. May melt in extreme heat. Do not consume. Keep away from small children and pets. Do not attempt to melt in wax warmers. IF YOU USE A SUN SHADE MAKE SURE THE FRESHIE IS HANGING INSIDE OF THE CAR AND NOT BETWEEN THE SHADE & YOUR WINDSHIELD. 

‼️NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES  ON FRESHIES, as they are custom made to order.  Refunds or returns are only offered/accepted if there’s a mistake on our part‼️

Shipping Policy: 

  • After the carrier accepts your package, Natty's Niccnaccs is NOT responsible for delayed, stolen, or last packages. An additional shipping fee will be accessed to ship any returned packages.
  • Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs deliveries to the wrong address - please ensure everything is correct. 
  • Once a shipping label is created, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to become updated (outside of holidays and weekends). 
  • Weekends, Holidays, and Closed Days no not count as business days. 

Natty's Niccnaccs does not guarantee shipping times as these are out of our control.
